Aloha! We are currently on vacation in Hawaii and so far it's been pretty relaxing. This is Attie's first trip to Hawaii, actually her second since i was 3 months pregnant when i came in may, but does that count? anyway this is her first time on an airplane, and we were really nervous about the plane ride over. Sure enough, attie was not a happy camper and she cried REALLY loudly several times during the flight because she was tired and couldn't fall asleep comfortably. anselm walked her around the plane to calm her down and a mean stewardess told him to go back to his seat! attie finally fell asleep about halfway into our 5 hour flight. whew!
We are staying at the Embassy Suites here in Waikiki and it's great because there is a separate bedroom for attie (for when she needs to take her naps) and there is also a kitchenette in the room, very convenient for attie's bottles and feeding in the room.
On our first day here, we drove around the island to a few different beaches and attie loved the fresh air and the wind in her face!
