i'm behind on my blogging

i feel like it's been a long time since i posted something, and in case you're wondering, it's because i have been super busy with school lately. next week is finals, and this past week i had several papers and presentations that i was working on. oh, and of course i had to make time for thanksgiving feasting and black friday shopping. what a long weekend. i will post pictures from thanksgiving soon, but for now, i just wanted to share a couple showing what attie is up to lately...

there's this new cuddling thing she likes to do, she'll go up to a pillow or anything soft, and she leans her entire body against it just for the heck of it. it's so cute, especially when she does it to someone (as opposed to something). she'll go up to you, hug you, and lean against you with her head and cheeks touching you. in chinese, we call it "sai nai" "not sure if there is a term in english that is equivalent, but i guess cuddling is as close as i can get for now. here she is doing it to her auntie gina.

also, as you can see in the other picture, when she laughs, she'll close her eyes and laugh really hard and make this "tssh" sound. anyway, i just can't believe how much she has grown already. she looks much older than 10 months in this last picture, don't you think?
