attie moves to her big girl bed

i haven't updated the blog in so long and i've missed so much over the past few months - i don't even know where to begin blogging again. i'm just going to cover as many events as i can.

earlier this month (aug. 2010), we moved attie out of her crib and set up a big girl bed for her. it was definitely a bittersweet event for me... i am sad to see my baby girl grow up but happy for her that she's growing into a more and more independent girl every day. here we are getting her new bed all set up. she was having a blast jumping up and down and rolling all around.

here, she is getting in to her bed for the first time to sleep on it for the night. i am so excited for her but again, so sad that she's hit yet another big milestone.

she looks so small in her big bed! attie was so happy and kept saying, "i love my new bed!" :)
