busy busy...

just a quick update on what i've been up to lately - i'm currently in my last few weeks of the fall quarter of the UCI MBA program and i have been swamped with tests, projects and group meetings... the quarter will officially end for me the week of december 10th - so just a few more weeks to go! i plan to take a leave of absence next quarter (january-april) so i can concentrate on taking care of attie when she comes :)

i have also been super busy at work. i was up in san jose the week before thankgiving for my last business trip of the year - whew! no more flying for me since i am now less than 8 weeks away from my due date! i will be going on maternity leave beginning christmas which is only 4 weeks away... i have already begun to transition my portfolio of properties to other asset managers in my office but there is a lot more to do before i head out.

more importantly, anselm and i have been trying to get the baby room ready and this past weekend, we went to home depot to look for paint colors... we are planning to get bead boarding installed in the nursery and we will most likely get crown moulding installed around the rest of the house as well. can't wait!

on top of all that, the holidays are just around the corner and this past weekend, i lugged home a 6 1/2 foot tall christmas tree (fake one with christmas lights already installed) cheesy i know, but it made me happy :)

i would post some pictures but my laptop crashed on me this weekend and for some reason just won't boot up. :( hope your holiday start has not been as hectic as mine! i would love to hear from you too - email me and let me know what you've been up to!
